Who actually treats you, the bar every therapy must clear, and what happens when something isn't clinically appropriate for you.

We're a physician-led telehealth practice focused on evidence-based peptide therapies, GLP-1 programs, hormone optimization, and longevity medicine. Every protocol is prescribed by a licensed physician and dispensed through FDA-registered pharmacy partners.

We exclusively offer therapies that are FDA-approved or legally compoundable through licensed 503A/503B pharmacies, prescribed only when a physician determines they're clinically appropriate for you. We never sell gray-market or research-only compounds.

Licensed physicians and clinical staff — not chatbots, not sales reps. Your intake is reviewed by a physician, your consultation is with a physician, and your ongoing care is managed by a named care team.

Then we won't prescribe it — full stop. Our physicians prescribe only what's clinically appropriate. If a therapy isn't a fit, your care team will walk you through evidence-based alternatives.

Every therapy we offer has a known side-effect profile, and your physician reviews yours with you before prescribing — that's part of what the consultation is for. GLP-1 therapies, for example, are commonly associated with nausea and digestive changes during titration, which is one reason we start low and adjust on a schedule. We'll walk through what to expect, what's normal, and exactly when to reach your care team.

Most of our therapies are self-administered injections, typically with a small subcutaneous needle — closer to a quick pinch than what people expect. Your shipment includes a clear, step-by-step dosing guide and supplies, and your care team is a secure message away before your first dose. Many members tell us the anticipation was harder than the injection itself.

We'll be straight with you: appetite and weight changes can partially reverse after stopping any GLP-1 therapy, which is why we treat these as physician-directed programs built around sustainable habits and a plan for what comes next. Whether you continue, taper, or transition is a clinical decision you make with your physician based on your labs and your goals — not a default auto-refill.

Then your physician won't prescribe it — and that's the system working, not failing. You'll still receive your annotated lab report and a clinical conversation about evidence-based alternatives or next steps. Your membership covers the care; you're never charged for a therapy a physician declines to prescribe. Lab work, once collected and run, is billed at cost regardless of the outcome.

We're a cash-pay practice, which lets us spend more time per patient and keep pricing transparent. Membership covers your clinical care; therapies are billed separately at member pricing. HSA/FSA funds are typically eligible — check with your plan administrator.

Two things, kept separate and transparent: your membership (from $149/mo, which covers your physician care, reviews, and care team) and your therapies, billed at member pricing only when a physician prescribes them. Lab work is billed at cost. You'll see your specific numbers before you commit to anything — no bundled mystery pricing, no surprise add-ons.

Yes, anytime. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Your membership remains active through the end of your billing period.

If a physician determines a therapy isn't clinically appropriate for you, you are not charged for that therapy. Membership is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime with no fee; you keep access through the end of your billing period. Because lab work and dispensed prescriptions are physical, performed services, those are billed at cost once completed. If something doesn't look right on your invoice, your care team will sort it out directly.

It depends on your protocol and your biology — that's an honest answer you should demand from anyone in this space. Your physician will set evidence-based expectations during your consultation, and your labs will tell the real story over time.
