Legal · Terms of Service
The terms of your care, stated plainly.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Synergic Health Solutions website, patient portal, and membership programs. Read them carefully — they include eligibility requirements, important limitations on telehealth services, and how billing and cancellation work.
Agreement to These Terms
By accessing the Synergic Health Solutions website, creating an account, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. These terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and, for clinical services, our Telehealth Informed Consent.
The Services
Synergic Health Solutions operates a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent, licensed physicians for physician-directed peptide therapies, GLP-1 programs, hormone optimization, and longevity protocols. Synergic provides the technology, care coordination, and administrative support; medical care is provided by licensed clinicians exercising independent professional judgment.
Content on this website is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Eligibility
To use the services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Reside in a U.S. state where our affiliated physicians are licensed — confirmed during intake, before any payment.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current health and identity information.
- Use the services for yourself only, not on behalf of another person.
Providing false or incomplete health information can compromise your safety and is grounds for termination of the services.
Telehealth Limitations
Telehealth is well suited to the care we coordinate, but it has limits. The services are not intended for emergencies — if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Telehealth is not a substitute for a primary care relationship, and a physician may determine that in-person evaluation is required before care can proceed.
See the Telehealth Informed Consent for a full description of the nature, benefits, and risks of telehealth care.
No Guarantee of Prescription
Membership and consultation fees pay for clinical services — not for medication. Whether any therapy is prescribed is determined solely by a licensed physician based on your intake, labs, and consultation. If a physician determines a therapy is not clinically appropriate for you, it will not be prescribed, and no representation on this website should be read as a promise otherwise.
Membership, Payments, and Billing
Synergic is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, and membership fees are not insurance or a health plan. HSA/FSA funds may be used where eligible; eligibility is determined by your plan administrator.
- Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis to your payment method on file.
- Prescribed therapies are billed separately at member pricing, only if and when prescribed.
- Laboratory panels are billed at the rates disclosed before you order them.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time from your portal or by contacting your care team. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your membership benefits continue until then.
For safety and regulatory reasons, medications that have been dispensed or shipped cannot be returned or refunded. Fees for completed consultations and processed lab panels are likewise non-refundable.
Acceptable Use
- Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Use prescribed therapies only as directed, and only for yourself — resale or transfer of prescription medication is prohibited and unlawful.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or health information.
- Do not interfere with, probe, or disrupt the platform or its security controls.
Disclaimers, Liability, and Changes
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergic disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits the professional responsibility of your treating physician or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
