The Science

Proof before promises.

Every therapy on this platform clears the same four-part bar before a physician can prescribe it. No gray-market compounds. No borrowed hype. Just published evidence, tested supply, and your labs leading the way.

01 — The Philosophy

Measure first. Prescribe second.

The order of operations is the product

Most of telehealth runs on a simple funnel: pick the medication you want, answer a questionnaire built to approve you, receive a prescription. It's fast, it's frictionless — and it's backwards. The first question in clinical medicine has never been “what do you want to take?” It's “what is actually happening in your body?”

That's why every Synergic protocol begins with a comprehensive biomarker panel, not a product page. Your labs tell our physicians what's clinically appropriate, what isn't, and — just as important — what to leave alone. A baseline turns “I think it's working” into a number that moved, measured against where you started.

This order of operations costs us something. Some prospective members leave when a physician says “not yet” or “not this.” We accept that trade willingly, because a practice that prescribes before it measures isn't practicing medicine — it's fulfilling orders. We'd rather earn fewer prescriptions and stand behind every one.

02 — The Synergic Bar

Four standards. Zero exceptions.

Every therapy in our formulary clears all four — or it never reaches a Synergic prescription pad. The bar doesn't move for trends, and it doesn't move for demand.

01

Legal Prescribing Pathways Only

FDA-approved therapies or compounds legally prepared by licensed 503A/503B pharmacies, prescribed by licensed physicians. If a compound's only route to you is a “research use only” label, it has no route to you here.

02

Published Clinical Evidence

Peer-reviewed human data — not forum threads, not podcast enthusiasm. Our clinical board reviews the literature before any therapy is considered, and keeps reviewing as the evidence evolves.

03

Third-Party Tested Pharmacy Partners

Every pharmacy partner must be FDA-registered, with every batch independently tested for identity, purity, and sterility. Our partner standard: certificates of analysis on file before a vial ships — not produced on request.

04

Biomarker-Driven Dosing

Doses begin at your baseline and move with your labs. Follow-up panels confirm a protocol is doing what the evidence says it should — and your physician adjusts when it isn't.

03 — What We Measure

What A Baseline Measures

Evidence you can read on a lab report.

“Evidence-based” isn’t a slogan here — it’s a panel. Before a physician recommends anything, they read concrete biomarkers against established reference ranges. These are the categories that map to the eight therapies in our formulary; your physician orders what your history and goals make relevant, not every marker on every member.

Metabolic

Anchors the Recalibrate (GLP-1) decision

  • Fasting glucose
  • HbA1c
  • Fasting insulin
  • Lipid panel (LDL, HDL, triglycerides)

Hormonal

Anchors testosterone & vitality protocols

  • Total & free testosterone
  • Estradiol
  • SHBG
  • IGF-1
  • TSH

Inflammatory & Cellular

Informs Renew (longevity) framing

  • hs-CRP
  • Homocysteine
  • Vitamin D (25-OH)
  • Vitamin B12

Foundational Safety

Screens fitness for therapy & guides monitoring

  • CBC (incl. hematocrit)
  • Comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP)
  • Liver enzymes (ALT, AST)
  • Kidney function (eGFR, creatinine)

Representative markers shown for design preview. Your physician determines the exact panel that is clinically appropriate for you; reference ranges and marker selection vary by individual.

04 — How We Keep You Safe

How We Keep You Safe

The part most telehealth skips.

A short questionnaire can approve you in minutes. It can also miss the contraindication, the interacting medication, or the lab value that should have stopped a prescription. Our safety process exists to catch what a funnel is built to ignore — before, during, and after a therapy is prescribed.

01

Contraindication Screening At Intake

Your health history, conditions, and goals are screened against each therapy’s contraindications before a physician ever considers it. Where a condition makes a therapy inappropriate, it’s ruled out at the start — not discovered later.

02

Medication & Interaction Review

A licensed physician reviews your current medications and supplements for potential interactions against any therapy under consideration. Nothing is prescribed until that review clears — the consultation exists for exactly this.

03

Follow-Up Lab Monitoring

Therapies that call for monitoring get it. Your physician schedules follow-up labs at the cadence your protocol requires — for testosterone therapy, that commonly includes tracking markers like hematocrit, PSA, and estradiol — so dosing stays appropriate and well tolerated over time.

04

A Care Team You Can Reach

If something doesn’t feel right, you reach a named care team by secure message — not a ticket queue. Your physician reviews adverse reactions, adjusts or pauses your protocol when clinically appropriate, and tells you exactly when to seek in-person or emergency care.

This process describes physician-directed clinical oversight and is not a guarantee against side effects. Every therapy has a known side-effect profile your physician reviews with you before prescribing.

05 — Clinical Board

The people holding the bar.

Our formulary, pharmacy network, and dosing standards answer to a clinical board — not to a marketing calendar.

07 — Sourcing & Cold Chain

An unbroken chain of custody.

Where a therapy comes from matters as much as the evidence behind it. Every Synergic prescription is dispensed by an FDA-registered pharmacy partner, tested at the batch level, and shipped in monitored cold-chain packaging — because a temperature-sensitive therapy that warmed up in a delivery truck isn't the therapy your physician prescribed.

2–8°C Held · Door-to-Door

01

FDA-Registered Pharmacies

We dispense exclusively through licensed, FDA-registered 503A and 503B pharmacy partners — audited facilities with regulatory accountability, never gray-market suppliers.

02

Batch-Level Testing

Our partners are required to have independent third-party labs verify identity, purity, and sterility on every batch. A failed test means the batch never ships. No exceptions, no averages.

03

2–8°C Cold-Chain Logistics

Temperature-sensitive therapies travel in validated, monitored packaging held at 2–8°C from the pharmacy refrigerator to your door — in discreet packaging the whole way.

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies pursuant to a prescription and are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed.

Put Us To The Test

Skeptics make the best members.

Start with a comprehensive panel and a real physician conversation. If the evidence doesn't support a therapy for you, we'll tell you — and that's the point.
